李旺

李旺，男，1976年10月生，汉族，中共党员，河北丰宁人。博士，副教授。2001年毕业于西北农林科技大学动物营养与饲料科学专业，获学士学位。2007年毕业于西北农林科技大学动物营养与饲料科学专业，获硕士学位，研究方向为饲料资源开发与利用。硕士论文题目“耐热纤维素酶产生菌的筛选鉴定及纤维素酶基因的克隆与表达”。2010年6月毕业于西北农林科技大学动物营养与饲料科学专业，研究方向为分子营养。博士论文题目“纤维素酶基因重组野生型乳酸杆菌表达系统的构建”。曾于2009年6-8月作为美国密苏里大学和NOVUS公司的short-term scholar，进行实习和交流。

2001年7月在河南科技大学（原洛阳农专）动物科技学院参加工作，任助教。2006年11月任讲师，2012年任副教授至今。一直从事动物营养与饲料科学方面的教学和科研工作。指导大学生挑战杯和SRTP项目各一项。
